The Warriors hung 26 unanswered on the Panthers to set up a dramatic finish. With under two minutes to go Geneva recovered a fumble inside their own ten yard line. The next play for Geneva saw Timothy McReynolds haul in a 40 yard pass that was negated by an illegal man down field penalty. The Panthers would fall 28-22 to a tough Dale County squad.
